A personal trip-preparation tool
Prepare the car for calendar trips.
Matt Tesla Trip connects its owner's Google Calendar, Google Routes, and Tesla account to help plan departures, prepare the cabin, and send a destination to the car.
How it works
- Read upcoming events from the owner's selected calendar and identify eligible trips with street addresses.
- Estimate driving time with Google Routes and allow an arrival buffer.
- When authorized, create or manage the tool's own Tesla preconditioning schedules and send navigation destinations.
Calendar access is read-only. The tool does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
For the owner only
This is a privately operated personal tool running on the owner's Mac. It is not a public sign-up service. This website provides app information and supports Tesla authorization; it does not run the trip planner or hold the owner's account tokens.
Connecting an account does not by itself authorize unattended vehicle operation. Vehicle actions require separate owner authorization in the local setup.
Tesla authorization
Account connection is started from the local setup on the owner's Mac.
If you arrived here from Tesla authorization, finish in the local terminal with python3 fleet_setup.py exchange. Paste the callback only into its hidden prompt, never into chat.
