Personal use

Matt Tesla Trip is an owner-operated personal tool for preparing calendar-based trips in the owner's vehicle. This website describes the tool and supports its account setup. It does not offer public registration, subscriptions, or a commercial service.

Account and vehicle authorization

Use requires the owner's permission to connect the relevant Google and Tesla accounts. Calendar access is read-only. Connecting accounts is distinct from enabling vehicle actions or unattended operation; those require separate authorization in the local setup.

The tool is intended to manage only schedules it created and can reliably identify. Existing owner-created vehicle schedules are to be preserved. The owner can stop local operation and revoke account access. Removing a connection does not automatically remove schedules already stored in the car.

Practical limits

Calendar locations may be incomplete, driving times are estimates, and network connectivity or provider limits may prevent preparation. The owner should check the vehicle and trip details when needed. Sending a navigation destination does not drive the car, and the tool does not replace the driver's responsibilities.

Google, Tesla, and Cloudflare services remain subject to their respective account terms, availability, and charges. This project is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
